- Description
- The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to award four (4) sole source contracts, each on a sole-source basis, to Global Management Services, Richard Harrington, Denton Brickey, and John Fauver for physical security analysis. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source bais under the statutory authority of 10U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.301-1, only one source or a limited number of responsible sources that will meet agency requirements. While this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which will be considered by the USSS on or before 19 October 2007. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
