- Description
- The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of small businesses, including Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman-owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) concern, Veterans, and/or Service-disabled Veteran concerns, to provide professional recruitment and sourcing services and support. Recruiting and sourcing services of a similar scope were previously performed by a small business firm from August 2005 through June 2007. We are particularly searching for an organization that has extensive experience and a successful history of recruiting research scientists, physicians, and other specialized medical, clinical and health care professionals for the Federal Government and medical facilities i.e., hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical universities. The Contractor shall serve as an executive recruiter for the NHLBI.
