The approved source of supply for this requirement is Semco Instruments, Inc. Cage Code (09526), P/N AA2966-1. Solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0106 is issued on an unrestricted basic utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 16 each (Base Year Only), Minimum Delivery Order Qty is 16 each, Maximum Delivery Order Qty is 65 each, Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 65 each, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 130 each. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. The required delivery is 134 days ARO. There is a surge requirement for this NSN. The deliveries for surge are 4 each in 90 days, 4 each in 120 days, 3 each in 150 days, and 4 each in 180 days.
