- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4730-01-542-7624. This proposed procurement is for Federal Supply Class 4730. See Note(s): 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or about 01 NOV 07 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil.rfp. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of QML/QPL sources of supply. Only accredited manufacturers and their designated distributors will be evaluated for award. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement. The Unit of Issue is EACH. The delivery for this acquisition will be on FOB Destination basis. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
