- Description
- The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), including the Armed Forces Radiobiological Research Institute (AFRRI), located on the National Naval Medical Campus has a requirement for dry ice blocks and pellets for one base year and four option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor Federal Business Opportunities for any amendments to the solicitation. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-20. The applicable NAICS code is 424690-Other Chemical and Allied Products Merchant Wholesalers.
