Description: This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration, Procurement and Contract Management Office's, notice of intent to issue an order to Global Trade Information Services (GTI) for a web-based subscription for the World Trade Atlas monthly and annual updates. The subscription is for the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008, with three (3) one-year option periods. This is considered a sole-source procurement because the trade data are proprietary and copyrighted products of GTI. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated.
