Description: This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration, Procurement and Contract Management Office's, notice of intent to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement to the Washington Metro Area Transportation Authority for the Federal transportation subsidy authorized in Executive Order No. 13150, dated April 21, 2000. The BPA will cover all Executive Office of the President components for the period of October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2008. There will be two (2) one-year option periods. Washington Metro Area Transportation Authority is a sole-source. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated.
