- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Electronic Warfare, 6380 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117, for a maximum ceiling amount of $83,700,000. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options from date of award, which was 4 November 2003. The BOA includes line items to support the restoration efforts of the AN/SLQ-32 Countermeasure System, to procure spares, repairs and engineering services in support of the AN/SLQ-32 System. Procurements under the BOA are conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane Division under the BOA for a one-year period (Option Year 2). Individual orders issued by NSWC Crane Division will specify the requirements and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inqui re into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquires will be considered by this Agency.
