Description: SOLICITATION OF INTEREST: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District (EUD), is soliciting interest for the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract for Real Property Repair, Maintenance, Minor Construction and Asbestos Abatement at U.S. Army Supported Installations throughout Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. This solicitation is for a firm, fixed priced (FFP) construction contract that will provide real property repair, maintenance, minor construction and asbestos abatement in Germany and other locations. Task Orders will be issued under this JOC. The orders will primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work including, but not limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, force protection projects, and environmental remedial work. Each project task ordered awarded under a Job Order Contract is normally comprised of a number of pre-described and pre-packed tasks as described in each Task Order and the Unit Price Book. LOCATION: The work will primarily focus on USAREUR, EUCOM and/or NATO installations within Germany but may also be used in Belgium and the Netherlands, within any area of operations within these countries for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe Distr ict. PERFORMANCE PERIOD AND CAPACITY: The JOC will have a one (1) year base period with an option to extend up to six (6) additional months should capacity be remaining. The total contract capacity of the JOC will be $15,000,000.00 total over the life of the contract. This solicitation will be used to award one (1) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC). The award of this contract will be made on Best Value to the Government, based on price and technical factors as defined in the upco ming solicitation. The plans and specifications for this solicitation will be issued free of charge by downloading electronically from a designated website. The website will be provided to all interested offerors at a later date. Paper hard copies of the solicitation, plan s and specifications will not be provided. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure they have received any subsequent amendments, if any. All qualified and responsible sources may submit a proposal and will be considered for award. Offerors shall de termine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and if so, shall comply with all requirements. A firm's mailing address, telephone number, facsimile number, e-mail address and an English speaking point of contact MUST be provided to facilitate delivery notification of posted solicitation, to include any amendments to interested firms.
