- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THE ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF THE SOLICITATION IS 18 OCT 2007. THIS IS AN ESTIMATED DATE ONLY AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price five-year indefinite delivery indefinite qua ntity (IDIQ) contract. The Government has a requirement for: Transmission Lift (NSN 4910-00-585-3622) equal to either Model MM2000S manufactured by Gray Manufacturing Company or Model No. D-51404 from US Jack Company. It is hydraulic cylinder actuated a nd has 2000 lb lifting capacity. FOB is destination. DFARS 252.211-7006 (RFID) will apply. Minimum guaranteed contract quantity is 50. Maximum contract quantity is 950. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hard copies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal not responsible and result in the rejection of same.
