- USCG ARSC HU25: BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT - POSTING OF SOLICITATIONS FOR AIRCRAFT SERVICES, PARTS, AND MATERIALS FOR THE HU25 FALCON AIRCRAFT UNDER 25K; IAW USCG SAP HANDBOOK M4200.13G CHAPTER 7, AND THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS 6.302-1, 6.302-2, and 6.303-1. The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, HU25 Falcon Division, Elizabeth City, NC hereby announces the following general categories of services and spares which have been forecasted to be procured during the Fiscal Year 2008. These services and spares may be procured multiple times, from sole or limited capable sources, throughout the Fiscal year 2008 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Acquisitions in excess of $25,000.00 will be advertised on FedBizOps. IAW FAR 5.101(2)(ii) and 13.106-1(2)(C), acquisitions under $25,000.00 in these general categories, noting specifically those between $10,000.00 and $25,000.00 not advertised will be solicited to known capable sources through oral means following non-electronic or facsimile price, availability, and capability market research. Those acquisitions subject to NAFTA will not be subject to the 40 day period of time between publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers as this notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.203(h). Forecasted contract actions for services to repair, exchange, overhaul, or purchase components such as, but not limited to, the following: Accelerometer, Actuator, Aileron, Antenna, Armature, Bellcrank, Box Anti-Skid, Cabin Pressure Control, Computer EHMS, Elec Fuel Computer, Aircraft Seat, Cylinder assy, Main Cabin Door, Inlet Air Duct, Electronic Module, Fire Warning Element, Exchanger, Generator, Housing, Ice Detector, indicators, Landing Gear, Light Assy., Lock, Oxygen Mask, Motor, Engine Mount, Oxygen Bottle, Panel Assy, Power Supply, Pumps, Radome, Recorder, Hyd. Reservoir, Seal, Sensor, Servo, Shroud, Switch, Synchronizer, Throttle, Tank, Transmitter, Tube or Hose, Valve, Window, Extinguisher, Horizontal and vertical stabilizer, cowling and various Structural Components, hardware such as aircraft unique screws, washers, lights, wire, battery, etc. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDES SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED AS APPLICABLE.
