- National Institute on Drug Abuse, Office of Acquisitions-Neurosciences, Station Support/Simplified Acquisition, on behalf of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), intends to negotiate on a FAR Part 13 basis and award a purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Carol Rodeffer, 3093 South Woodrow Street, Arlington, Virginia, for 1216 hours for the recruitment, assessment and research coordination of patients selected for the SCID/DNA arm of the NIMH Genetic Study of Schizophrenia. This requirement fulfills NIMH protocols 89-M-0160 and 95-M-0150. An award to any other source would affect the NIH prior and current research would not provide any cost savings to the Government.
