- Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ after 29 October 2007. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Proposed procurement is for a 5-year long-term contract (base yr. plus 4 option years). Items are commercial and acquisition is IAW Far Part 12. The items include 21 code and part numbered, and source controlled items in the 3655, 4720, 4820, 5330, 5365, 6680, 6685 and 7690 Federal Stock Classes. Trade Agreements will apply to certain FSCs as indicated in the solicitation. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Four increments will be solicited. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. FOB origin applies. The procurement is for stock replenishment. Delivery schedule varies depending on the item. Delivery schedule is available upon request. Note: #12.
