- Contractor will provide planning and management support services for the 2008, 2010, and 2012 Defense Energy Support Center's World Wide Energy Conference. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The RFQ is available through the DESC-FPB web site: http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMPage.asp?pageID=45. If you are unable to access the solicitation via the Internet, please contact DESC-FPB for a printed copy. This is a small business set-aside.
