- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) has a requirement for support services in the areas of budget, financial management, human capital, and general administrative support. Requirements include general personnel support and information collection to facilitate and monitor human capital actions; general budget formulation and execution to define fiscal and personnel resource requirements, facilities escort services; and general administrative support. The projected date for issuance of the solicitation is on/about June 13, 2007. Solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps site only. Neither telephone or written requests for solicitations will be honored. DHS encourages the use of teaming arrangements or mentor/protege agreements in this acquisition; however, mentor/protege agreements must be approved by DHS prior to proposal submission. The RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis (full and open competition). The government anticipates a Labor Hour contract for a period of performance of one base year and four one-year option periods. All questions concerning this competition must be directed in writing via email to barbara.janitis@dhs.gov. No questions or inquiries will be accepted by telephone. The distribution of the resulting solicitation will be accomplished solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOps) website http://fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation documents will not be available; therefore, no written, telephone, or facsimile requests for the documents will be accepted. The FebBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisiton, including the solicitation and any amendments, will be distributed solely thorugh the FedBizOps site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps site to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-MAY-2007).
