- Description
- The issue date for this solicitation is October 9, 2007. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from selected firms for building and site improvement at the Marshall, CA MPO. This is an owned facility. The project is to be completed in 150 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is under $100,000. The work includes replacing the existing HVAC system, building wood sidings, and site improvement. The proposal must contain the offerors overhead, profit, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
