- The purpose of this modification is to announce the release of Amendment No. 3 for RFP, PR-R5-07-10015, Region 5, Emergency and Rapid Response Services 3 (ERRS 3). The amendment release date is 10/10/2007. All solicitation questions are due no later than 3:00 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time on 10/11/07.
