- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA intends to procure on an unrestricted basis, through full and open competition: (all quantities are estimated for a 5 year ordering period) 21 EA. Digital Video Surveillance System (Shipsets) in support of the DDG Modernization program; 10 EA. Digital Video Surveillance System (Training Sets); Engineering and Technical Services in support of the required Digital Video Surveillance Systems. An estimated 9500 labor hours will be required over a 5 year period. A single award is anticipated for all items. The procurement will be awarded on a ?best value? basis requiring the submission of a technical proposal and past performance information. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract including provisions for both firm fixed priced and time and material delivery orders, with a 5 year ordering period is anticipated. The solicitation, along with all attachments, will only be available i n electronic format at the following websites at issuance: http://www.neco.navy.mil OR http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments after the release date of the Solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered by NSWCCD Philadelphia. The applicable NAICS Code is 336611 and 541330.
