- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Simulation, Training & Support to procure Electro-Optical (E-O) Console maintenance services for Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS). The Contractor will be required to provide maintenance for EO console specifically configured for ATFLIR support. The period of performance will be for one year with two (2) options, each for a succeeding year of performance. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own sufficient data, drawings, software code or other specifications to permit full and open competition. This is not a request for proposals but all responses must be received within the time specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the rsponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitations will be available for the procurement.
