- The U.S. Geological Survey, Eastern Region Acquisition and Grants Branch (ERAGB), Reston, Virginia plans to make a non-competitive award via written request for quotation No. 08ER12-No Solicitation number to Landmark Graphics Corp of Houston, Texas. The Woods Hole Science Center (WHSC) has a requirement for software maintenance for proprietary ProMax, Open Works and Seis Works software.
