Description

The USGS intends to make award on a sole-source basis to Global 360, Rochester NY, for the renewal of this existing KoVIS software license. To prevent uninterrupted service, it is essential that Global 360 continue the operations of this proprietaryy equipment. This award consisting of one base year plus three option years will be made on or about October 12, 2007 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210. There is no written solicitation for this requirement. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and is not a request for competitive proposals.
