Description

The Contracting Office, Sierra Army Depot, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the acquisition of the following noted line item. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 562111 and $11.5 milli on respectively. The FSC Code is S205. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the s olicitation or other information. The solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Solicitation SF 1449, for a Firm Fixed Price type contract and may consist of a base period plus 4 option years. The Contracting Office, Sierra Army Depot, CA intends to awar d a single, firm fixed price contract for: ITEM 0001 Bin Rental and Disposal Services. The contractor shall provide on an as needed basis thirty (30) cubic yard roll off bin(s) to remove non hazardous medical waste (to include bin delivery, bin pick up, transportation, and tipping fee). The quantity and delivery of bins could range from a daily requirement of two each bins per day or less.
