Description
Provide Janitorial Services, Atlanta Large Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) Facility, Peachtree City, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, equipment, material, supplies (except that indicated as Government-Furnished), required to perform Janitorial Services for approximately 89,571 square feet of space occupied by the Federal Aviation Administration, Atlanta Large TRACON Facility, 784 GA Highway 74 South, Peachtree City, GA 30269. The FAA anticipates award of a contract for a base period and four one-year options. Estimated issue date for solicitation: 10/19/2007. Estimated due date for offers: 11/16/2007. Estimated start date for performance: 1/1/2008. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 561720, Janitorial Services. To be considered by award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (website: www.ccr.gov). This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.00.
