- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Mike Mondroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma contemplates the acquisition of one new truck and crane system that will meet the specifications listed in Attachment 0001. A firm-fixed-price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes must be received by the FAA, no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, October 24, 2007. Quotes shall be submitted by facsimile at 405/954-9219 or e-mail at kelly.tillery@faa.gov . Quotes must be labeled as follows: Attn: Kelly Tillery, RFQ No. DTFAAC-07-R-03192. Any responses received after 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, October 24, 2007, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined ineligible. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. In addition, all contractors shall complete and return the attached Business Declaration (Attachment 0002) Form with their quotes. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the solicitation process. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
