- ***PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS SOLICITATION NUMBER SPM4A6-08-R-0089 REPLACES SOLICITATION NUMBER SPM4A6-07-R-0914.*** This solicitation will contain one NSN for a MOUNT RESILIENT WEAPON, used on XEA FAMILY OF MEDIUM AND LIGHT TACTICAL VEHICLES (FMTV). This solicitation will be solicited as an IQC with a base plus four one year options. There are two approved sources for this NSN: STEWART & STEVENSON TACTICAL CAGE (OFW39) P/N 12417622 and BARRY WRIGHT CORPORATION, CAGE (81860) P/N 25920-1. FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 86 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about NOV 1ST, 2007. The anticipated award date is DEC 3RD, 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies.
