- Description
- This notice is to inform industry that DISA / DITCO-PAC intends to award a sole source Inquiry/Quote/Order contract action pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, FAR 6.302-5, 15 U.S.C. 637, to TKC Technology Solutions, LLC for an Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) of a dedicated fiber pair between Guam and Kwajalein. The period of performance of this contract is 25 years for the IRU property lease and 10 years for the operation and maintenance of the IRU facilities. The Government shall have the unequivocal right to enter into a follow-on contract with the contractor for the remaining 15 years in the form of one 10-year period and one 5-year period following completion of this contract.
