- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-07-R-0660, IQC07045009010, Stock Number, 5365-00-959-2152, Ring, Turbine Bearing. Solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside, Critical Item Application, and Configuration Control Application. Surge and Sustainment applies. IAW with Drawing, 63005 6854491. Approved sources, Kaydon Ring and Seal INC, Cage 75370, Part Number 48615-00 and R48615 and Precision Rings INC, Cage 99121, Part Number J4-002. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 744 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter is 186 each. The Guaranteed Maximum quantity for the base year and each option year thereafter are 744 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 60 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation Anticipated issue date is May 18, 2007 with a closing date of June 18, 2007.A copy will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
