- This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation notice isued on September 14, 2007. The purpose of the amendment is to make an administrative change to the section of Deliveries or Performance. The amendment was issued only to Texas A&M University (TAMU) that is determined to be the sole source provider, pursuant to the authority 44 U.S.C. 2112(a), for the Consolidated Facility Management (CFM) Services for the George Bush Presidential Library located on the TAMU campus.
