- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Metal Bars - Steel - which was posted on October 2, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: See attached Standard Form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items. This solicitation is restricted to domestic end products in accordance with 52.225-1, Buy American Act, included in this soliciation. See Buy American Act in synopsitation. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
