- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease class A contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 10,810 rentable square feet located on the second (2nd) floor or above in a building located in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The space should yield between 9,400 - 9,984 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Five (5) structured and reserved parking spaces are required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Vollmer Road East: Kedzie Avenue South: Sauk Trail West: I-57 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
