The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source contract with one base year and three option years to The Corporate Executive Board for a membership in the Learning and Development Roundtable. The period of performance will be from December 21, 2007 through December 20, 20087 with three option year periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement.
