- The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), 2200 Lester Street, Quantico, Virginia 22134 - Intent to Sole Source This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to General Dynamics Information Technology, 3211 Jermantown RD Fairfax, VA 22030-2844.
