- NAVICP intends to issue a purchase order to Western Machinery Electric, Benicia CA 94510-1160. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The purchase order will support the Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Center?s, requirement of maintenance support for emergency backup electrical generating equipment. This purchase order is for a base period of one year and four (1) year options. This notice does not constitute a request for quote.
