- N00164-08-R-JS04- Range Services and Assessment Support for Joint Test and Assessment Activity (JTAA) - FSG AD24 - NAICS 541711 Anticipated Issue Date 12 OCT 2007- Anticipated Closing Date 21 NOV 2007 - 14:00 PM EST This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. This requirement is for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Test Range Services and Assessment Support. Multiple contract awards are anticipated, but the Government reserves the right to make a single award. With the multiple awards it is anticipated that individual Task Orders will be solicited competitively. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractors whose offers are determined to be the best value to the Government considering past performance and price related factors. The solicitation will be available on or about 12 October 2007 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and cons idered for future discussions and/or award. ?No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed?.
