Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will be soliciting competitive proposals that will require a laboratory to provide an analytical report of organic compounds contained in samples of animal or plant tissues, or sediment for the base period of one year starting on January 1, 2008, with four, one year options. As a part of the evaluation process, offerors will be required to analyze test samples that must be requested early enough in the solicitation cycle to be submitted with the proposal. Instructions as to where the samples can be requested are contained in the solicitation and cannot be requested until the solicitation is issued. The solicitation will be issued approximately October 19, 2007 and will only be available electronically at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Click on the Business Oportunities and search this solicitation no. Proposals and check sample results will be due 45 days after date of issuance. Multiple, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, type awards are anticipated. Telephone/written requests for copies of the solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation is being competed under full and open procedures. PSC-B504 NAICS-541380.
