- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 08SQ810018 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 - 20, dated September 6, 2007. Facsimile, 303-445-6345, and electronic, ssmerdel@do.usbr.gov, quotations are acceptable with all required documentation. No oral quotations will be accepted. Quoters must furnish the company name, DUNS number, TIN Number, address, phone and fax number, email address if available, and official point of contact. All Quotes must be manually signed by authorized company official. Email questions are acceptable to kgomez@do.usbr.gov. Contractor shall be in CCR before award can be made. STATEMENT OF WORK Maintenance Service Agreement HP Unix Hardware/Software Statement of Services 1. General. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement to purchase an HP Licensing and Maintenance support service agreement for our Legacy Hardware and Software. 2. Location of Equipment. The software licensing and maintenance is for equipment located and/or provided through the Corporate Infrastructure services group located at the Denver Data Center, Denver Federal Center, 6th & Kipling, Building 67, Denver Data Center. 3. Work to be performed by the Contractor. Provide onsite HP trained field engineer within 4 hours of trouble call. Provide 24/7 telephone support. Provide HP certified replacement parts. Provide a system health check every 6 months with upgrades or patches and validate performance. 4. Performance Period. 10/15/07 - 09/30/08 5. Technical Coordination. The contractor shall coordinate on all technical matters related to this contract with the following individuals located in Mail Code 84-21110, Bureau of Reclamation, P.O.
