The item to be procured is 1500 each Manual Traversing Unit kits. These kits are f or the MRAP O-GPK. The kits will be acquired from the sole source vendor BAE Systems, Fairfield, OH. All responsible sources may submit a quote/proposal, which shall be considered by the Government.
