- This is a sources sought notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is intended as a Brand Name or like item purchase. The equipment is being purchased to support the Air Force and Navy dental evaluation mission. The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-19 (17 Sept 2007) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20070913. It is the offeror?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is for the purchase of: 1 each, Proscan 2000A Optical Non-Contact Measuring System.
