- It is the intent of the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS), Albuquerque, New Mexico, to contract for Diabetic Optomety Services at the following cities within the State of New Mexico: Alamogordo, Artesia, Raton, Roswell, Silver City, Truth or Consequences. <br /> <br /> This procurement will be made in accordance with Federal Regulations Part 12-Commercial Items, Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 15-Contracting by Negotiations and will be done under full and open competition conditions. <br /> <br /> The NAICS Code is: 621320 <br /> The Standard size is: $6.5m <br /> <br /> The complete solicitation will be issued on or about Tuesday, October 9, 2007 via FEDBIZOPPS. <br /> <br /> Refer questions <strong>IN WRITING ONLY</strong> to Peter M.
