- In the last modification, the soliciation availability date was scheduled to be on September 30, 2007 with an anticipated date of receipt for quotations to be on October 24, 2007. This modification is incorporating a new solicitation availability date of October 25, 2007 with an anticipated date of receipt for quotations to be on November 26, 2007 (2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time).
