- The above referenced solicitation is modified as follows: 1. REQUIREMENT is changed to read: Catered Lunch Meals at 7602 South Airport Road, West Jordan, UT 84084. Feeding Dates: 20-23 October 2007 and 8-10 November 2007. Number of meals: 210 meals per day for 20-21 October; 245 meals per day for 22-23 October; and 245 meals per day for 8-10 November; approximately One Thousand Two Hunderd and Sixty-Seven (1,267) meals total; no Dining Facility available. Interested vendors may request a copy of the Statement of Work, along with the exact Feeding Dates, by e-ma iling Linda Duvall @ Linda.duvall@us.army.mil. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be ma de. No legal liability of the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor received notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Cont racting Officer. 2. No other changes at this time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-OCT-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
