- CBD notice posted on August 1, 2007 is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: To provide Operation and Mechanical Maintenance and Repair and Elevator Maintenance and Repairs at the Mary E. Switzer and Wilbur J. Cohen Buildings both located in Washington, DC. The NAICS code for this procurement should be changed from 811310 to 238220. The date for the pre-bid conference has been changed from 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2007 to 10:00 on August 27, 2007 in Room 6648 of the Wilbur Cohen Building located at 330 Independence Avenue, Washington, DC. The following information must be provided to Debbie Leonhart no later than August 21, 2007. The name, address and phone number of the company. Name(s) of personnel attending the pre-bid meeting and the estimated time of the visit. All personnel attending the pre-bid conference will need to have a valid picture identification to enter the buildings. The solicitation is being issued electronically only and will be available to download on March 17, 2007. You may access the solicitation document at the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at www.fbo.gov. However, the equipment inventory for these buildings is considered to be Sensititive Building Information and will be available on CD ROM on August 23, 2007. Potential bidders may pick-up a copy of the CD- ROM at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, Bid Room, Room 1057, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC. In order to be placed on the bidder's list, potential bidders who intend to download this solicitation and pick up a copy of the CD-ROM with the building equipment inventory, bidders must inform one of the points of contact Debbie Leonhart or Patricia Taylor in writing by mail, email or fax on (202) 708-6838 of their company's name, contact person, address, telephone, email address and fax number. Please reference Solicitation Number GS-11P-07-YT-D-0253. A completed request for the CD-ROM form as well as a valid picture identification must be presented to obtain the CD-ROM. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-AUG-2007).
