- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools-Pacific (DoDDS-Pacific) intends to procure Two-Tier, 15?Wx15?Dx36?/72?H, All Welded, Pre-Assembled Clothing Lockers (450 columns/900 openings) for their Okinawa, Japan middle school utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price type Purchase Order on a Full and Open Competition basis. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, Tracy, California within 60 days after award of Purchase Order. Specific specifications and requirement information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-07-T-2008 to be posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 29 August 2007, to close 30 days from the RFQ issue date. The anticipated award date will be on or about 22 October 2007. Award will be made under the test program for commercial items established in FAR 13.5 using a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation process. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR Part 4.1201, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All comments and questions regarding the solicitation/RFP shall be submitted in writing and sent to the following e-mail address: dppd@pac.dodea.edu .
