- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependent School (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure USB Smart Card Reader , CAC Middleare installation CD and CAC-License using a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm Fixed Price type contract . Product descriptions and other information will be included in Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-06-T2007. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. The required delivery schedule is within 30 days after date of award. The solicitation/RFQ will be issued and posted in the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about 14 July 2006. The solicitation/RFQ will close 14 days after the solicitation issue date. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency by the closing date. Responses shall be submitted in writing to Point of Contract listed in this Synopsis. Responses must be e-mailed to dppd@pad.dodea.edu. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/. The Government will consider awarding to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Quotation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUL-2006).
