- This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; This requirement is being set aside for Service disabled veteran owned small businesses, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 6 Sept 2007. Solicitation number FA4877-07-T-0001 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classificat ion System (NAICS) code is 811310, and the small business size standard is $$6.5 million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Provide maintenance of material handling equipment for one base year and two option years IAW the Performance Work Statement included in the solicitation. All work to be performed onsite at the DRMS located at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ. Please reference solicitation # FA4877-07-T-0001 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail (carlos.acosta@dm.af.mil) or fax (520-228-5284) to Carlos Acosta at the 355 Contracting Squadron, 3180 S Craycroft Rd, Tucson, AZ 85707 by 13 Sept 2007, 1200 local. Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations.
