- US Naval Hospital Guam, is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price standing order type contract for the supply of i-STAT controls/supplies. POP 01 Nov 07 through 31 Oct 08 with two (2) additional option years. Requirement is Set-Aside 100% Small Business. Solicitation number N68096-08-T-0001. NAICS code is 423450. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5. Multiple delivery schedules are required per line item. These diagnostic reagents are perishable and require refrigeration.
