- Rebuild and retrofit (1) Watervliet Arsenal owned 5-axis K&T Machining Center, Watervliet Arsenal number WV-12609 in accordance with Equipment Engineering Specification 15-08-3408 dated August 1, 2007. One year standard commercial warranty is require d, effective upon final acceptance by the government representative. It is anticipated that the contractor will perform the majority of the rebuild at his own facility and installation, training and start-up/testing will be performed at Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY Contractor will furnish and install all equipment and perform start-up and testing in accordance with Equipment Engineering Specification 15-08-3408. Evaluation will be based on technical capability as determined by responses to statement o f compliance. PLEASE NOTE: This requirement is part of the financial plan for FY2008 and is unfunded at this time. Solicitation W911PT-08-Q-0006 will be posted on 10/15/2007 and will close 11/15/2007. Anticipated award date is on or before 12/20/2007, aw ard will be made contingent upon funding. Telephonic requests for copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
