- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The delivery date will be no later than 19 Oct 07. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-07. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 424720. The Small Business size standard for this code is 100 Employees. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: 6,000 Gallons of 100LL Aviation Gasoline. The government intends to pick up the fuel if the contractor?s place of business is within 100 miles of Holloman AFB, NM. If the company is within the 100 mile radius, pick up of the fuel shall be between 12 Oct 07 to 19 Oct 07, pick up will be coordinated through the customer. If the contractor resides outside the 100 mile radius, the fuel shall be delivered by 19 Oct 07. The price of the fuel is to include all taxes and shipping and handling. If the fuel is to be delivered, it will be transferred from the contractor?s vehicle into a Government Vehicle. If items will be delivered, they shall be delivered FOB DESTINATION to Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
