- Description
- The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, 619 S. Marion Ave., Lake City, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with VitalSmarts, 282 W. River Bend Lane, , Provo, Utah 84604. The proposed contract action is for a contract which will require the company to provide participant manuals for Crucial Conversations Training. VitalSmarts is the only known distributor for these manuals. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their intent and capability to respond to the requirement no later than October 9, 2007, to be considered. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
