Description: This is a re-announcement of a previous solicitation. This is for the landscaping maintenance of the Department of Veterans Affairs CBOC at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The area to be maintained is approximately 33,000 Sq ft. The solicitaion will be open market and unrestricted. The contract will be for one base year with four (4) option years to be exercised at the convinience of the government.
